Box 2201–00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Christina Njeri Gachoka Mati, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Christina Njeri Gachoka Mati and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christina Njeri Gachoka Kiti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christina Njeri Gachoka Kiti only.
