WHEREAS Eldovasco Beauty Limited, of P.O. Box 3986, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Waitaluk/Mabonde Block 5/Siritiet/220, situate in Trans Nzoia County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
