APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— Kennedy Ntabo Otiso (Prof.), Edward Kiplimo Bittok, George Mokua, to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Consolidated Bank of Kenya Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd October, 2025. The appointment* of Kenneth Gatheru Gatiithi, ⁠Harun Kipkemei Mosop and Jedidah Karwitha Mwiti are revoked. Dated the 3rd October, 2025.
