TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrace Wayua Masila and (2) Isaac Muia Masila, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Masila Mainga, who died at Mahoo, Taita Taveta, on 7th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By Daniel Ambani Jorum, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norah Nyangalwa Magovi, who died at Mrabani Sub-location, on 29th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By Jackson Mwanzia Kimethari, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanzia Kimethare Meguti, who died at Taveta Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
