TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2025 By (1) Margret Njeri Ndungu and (2) Solomon Ndegwa Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 668, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Njuguna Ndegwa, who died at St. Joseph Hospital in Kenya, on 24th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2025 By (1) Marion Gakenia Wahinya and (2) James Wang’ombe Wahinya, both of P.O. Box 2165–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wahinya Githaiga, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2025. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2025 By (1) Maigua Macharia Sellestine and (2) Lynet Muthoni Wachira, both of P.O. Box 2003–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milliam Wangari Wachira, who died at Kwanjiku, on 5th October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
