Box 167–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndege Karuri Mbugi, who died at Central, Lamu, on 25th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Lucia Mugure Kagunya, of P.O. Box 1–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagunya Mwenje Mbugua, who died at Bahari, on 13th December, 2016. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By Kazungu Baya Toya, of P.O. Box 84–80500, Lamu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Guhu Toya Baya, who died at Vipingoni, Witu, on 13th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
