TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E600 OF 2025 By Jane Akoth Owuor, of P.O. Box 171, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekia Owuor Okuku alias Ezekiah Owuor, who died at Newa Sub-location, on 13th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E623 OF 2025 By Millicent Awuor Otiende, of P.O. Box 2104–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Odawo Saka alias Naftali Obungu Saka, who died at Bar B, on 18th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
