TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Musewe Mdingo, (2) Mary Anyango Wanyama, (3) David Oduor Musewe and (4) Joseph Ochieng Musewe, all of P.O. Box 138, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenimo Musewe Onyango alias Musewe Onyango, who died at Ramunde Sub-location, on 18th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2025 By Rosemary Ager Okumu, of P.O. Box 38–40635, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okumu Ohola, who died at Tingare East Sub-location, on 15th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
