Box 83–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvanus Ongialo Omolo alias Ondialo Omolo, who died at Barding Sub-location, on 17th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E539 OF 2025 By Alice Adhiambo Obiero, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mala Omboro alias James Mala, who died at Ndori Sub-location, on 20th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E540 OF 2025 By George Ochieng Otiato, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Otiato Hawaga, who died at Wagai East Sub-location, on 25th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
