TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025
By (1) Simon Kipteek Kisa and (2) Francis Kabindio Gerishom,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Gerishom Khisa Sasiandet, who died on 11th January, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By Actone Nganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Samuel Nganga Wabila who died at Nabikoto on23rd
November, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
