TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2024 By Hillary Oduol Muga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Muga Odero alias William Muka, who died at Emutsesa, on 18th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2025 By Abel Omuyeyi Andenga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Andenga Amurono alias Andenga Amurono, who died at Wambulishe, on 10th December, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
