TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2025 By Reba Musundi Furukha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Furukha alias Furukha Sungura, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 27th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E316 OF 2025 By Fred Wafula Makendo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Makendo Jumbe, who died at Sikulu, on 28th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
