TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2025 By Joseph Mwangi Gathimba, of P.O. Box 188–10303, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Muthoni Kathimba alias Flora Muthoni Kathemba, who died at Embu, on 15th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By Susan Wambui Gitau, of P.O. Box 47, Wachoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Romani Gitau Kabuthi, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 30th March, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
