TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By Ngoiri Ihatu, of P.O. Box 112–10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irura Gatuguta alias Irura s/o Gatuguta, who died at Mukurwe-ini in 1960. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
