E96 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Njeri Njuguna and (2) Jackson Muiru Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wangari Njuguna, who died at Ngoingwa, on 9th August, 2021. Box Kaguku in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Karanja Kibe alias Laban Karanja, who died at Thuita Sub-location, on 17th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025 By Michael Mutie Musembi, of P.O. Box 28–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Msembi Maitha alias Joseph Musembi Maithya, who died at Ithanga Sub-location, on 10th November, 1976.
