TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025 By (1) David Ndichu Kamweru, (2) Daniel Muhia Kamweru and (3) Moses Kamoche Kamweru, all of P.O. Box 1762–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamweru Kanyanga Kamweru, who died at Kiratina, on 28th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Wairimu Thuku, (2) Kenneth Kariuki Thuku and (3) Joseph Githinji Thuku, both of P.O. Box 303–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Thuku Mwangi, who died at Githiga, on 5th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
