TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By Zadock Maghesho Mwaghazi, of P.O. Box 1088, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakina Mwagazi, who died at Bomu, on 30th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Polinah Shali Mwasi, of P.O. Box 1–80305, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Wanjala Mwasi, who died at Sechu Sub- location, on 13th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
