TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Anna Gati Hudson, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hadson Nyamohanga Rioba, who died at Kubweye, on 22nd March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Loice Achieng Mabengo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Chacha Mabengo, who died on 27th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
