TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2025 By Habart Misango Oindi, of P.O. Box 60, Khwisero in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Okumali alias Andrew Mukolwe Okumali, who died on 12th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2025 By Everlyne Ayuma Geoffrey, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Ambunya Omusula alias Geofrey Omusula Ambunya, who died at Ebushitinji, on 25th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
