TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By James Kibiru Gachoka, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Nyambura Kibiru, who died at Oloosurutia, on 5th April, 2025. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Sitonik ole Sayagie and (2) Toirai ole Sayane, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sanare ole Sayake, who died at Polyclinic Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
