TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Matuku Mbatha and (2) Robert Muinde Mbatha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Mueke Mbatha alias Josphina Mueke Mbatha alias Josephine Mweke Mbatha, who died at Kambu Integrated Health Centre, on 18th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By Vata Musembi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Musembi Katumbi, who died on 18th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
