TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By (1) Angeline Koki Titus and (2) Faustine Mwangangi Titus, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abednego Nungu, who died at Mtwapa, on 6th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Joel Nzioki Mateng’e, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mueke Mateng’e, who died at Maluma, on 3th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
