TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Lucy Muthoni Githinji, of P.O. Box 2712–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githinji wa Chege, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Refferal and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Harun Njoroge Njore, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachael Nungari Njore, who died at Shabab, on 30th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
