E75 OF 2025 By (1) Benjamin Githira Maina, (2) John Kungu Maina and (3) Kenneth Njoroge Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mukami Maina, who died at Marimira, on 18th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By John Kamau Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waiya Githioke alias Njoroge Githioke, who died at Kahuti, on 23rd July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025 By Grace Nyambura Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Mwangi Chege, who died at Koimbi, on 20th April, 2025. CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025 By Stephen Mwangi Kanyua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Thuo alias Kanyua Thuo, who died at Gaharaigu, on 5th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
