TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2024 By James Atoni Monyoncho, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuga Maina, who died at Nyankanda Sub-location, on 5th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025 By Nyamweya Joseph, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Nyamweya Michira, who died at Mwamosioma, on 9th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
