Box 3982–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Sagini Nyanduma, who died on 11th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025 By Benard Makori Ongubo, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ongubo Tumbo, who died at Irianyi Location, on 5th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2025 By Esther Kerubo Lumumba, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malikrina Mandera Nyakemba alias Mandara Nyangemba. CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2025 By (1) Everlyn Kange Elkanah, (2) Justine Oeri Mogeni and (3) Zachary Karumbe Mogeni, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elkanah Mogeni Nyakwara, who died on 10th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2025 By (1) Kennedy B. Aosa and (2) Thomas Nyagaka Aosa, both of P.O. Box 47266–00100, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nemwel Aosa Obiero, who died on 23rd May, 2004.
