TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By Festus Chebon Kipkonga, of P.O. Box 554–30401, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kokwon Kandie, who died at Kalabata, on 9th August, 2014. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025 By Jayson Koech Yator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepyator Changwony Musa alias Chepyator Changwany alias Chepyator Chanfwony Musa, who died at District Hospital, Kapsabet in Kenya, on 27th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
