TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025 By (1) Daniel Kipsambu Kimosop and (2) Kipchumba Chelimo, both of P.O. Box 94–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelimo Kimosop, who died at District Hospital, Kabarnet in Kenya, on 14th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Charles Kipkulei Kibor, of P.O. Box 139–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebor Chelelgo, who died at Kaptum, on 24th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
