Box 455, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Chemweno w/o Chebochok arap Ngerechi alias Rusi Chemweno Ngerechi, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2025 By Kipkoech Towett Robert, of P.O. Box 112, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibieke Mugerechi, who died at Kipyosit, on 9th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025 By Susan Chebet Laboso, of P.O. Box 15, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Laboso Tembai, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
