TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2025 By Kiplangat Japhet, of P.O. Box 556–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesegeny arap Chumo, who died on 5th February, 1980. CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2025 By (1) Johnstone Rotich and (2) Benard Rotich, both of P.O. Box 15, Kabianga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Chepyoset alias Kiprotich Chepyoset arap Laigong, who died at Kapmaso, on 4th September, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
