TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E420 OF 2025 By Benard Kipkirui Mutai, of P.O. Box 125, Londiani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kimutai Cheruiyot alias Kimutai arap Cheruiyot, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 15th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E518 OF 2025 By (1) Kipngetich Ken Chelule and (2) Mercy Chepngetich, both of P.O. Box 1020–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Chepkemoi Koech, who died on 28th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
