TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Zachariah Kipkurui Siele, of P.O. Box 28, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kipsiele Sitonik, who died on 8th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Kungu Ngugi and (2) Hannah Nyambura Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 421–20106, Molo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ngugi Muya, who died at Matumaini Sub-location, on 23rd March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
