E585 OF 2025 By Tom Maengo Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Maengo Nyaminwa, who died on 22nd August, 2025. CAUSE NO. E588 OF 2025 By Francis Owino Tagaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owalo Nyakuna, who died on 1st December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
