TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E555 OF 2025 By Samson Odhiambo Sanganyi, of P.O. Box 43–40400, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Nanda Ogutu alias Eduwin Nanda Ogutu, who died at Masara Sub-location, on 16th October, 2008. 21st November, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E575 OF 2025 By (1) William Oloo Ochieng and (2) Mary Olutochi Osanya, both of P.O. Box 194–40405, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Waga Odongo alias Daniel Waga, who died at Alego East Sub-location, on 6th May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
