TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By Samuel Anusu, of P.O. Box 365–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Martin Anusu, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 26th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Wamalwa Otando, (2) Dickson Machimbo Otando and Joffrey Wakhanu Otando, all of P.O. Box 943–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anzelimo Otando Mukwana, who died at Matunda, on 8th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
