TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By (1) Judith Aleyo Magui and (2) Kelvin Unyangu Magui, both of P.O. Box 1–20504, Nairegie Enkare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of William Lerionka Koei, who died on 8th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By (1) Wambui ene Nkoyo and (2) Teresia Naserian Nkoyo, both of P.O. Box 4, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Valentine Resiato Nkoyo, who died in Nottingham, UK, on 26th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
