E133 OF 2025 By Rose Kanyua John, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muriungi Kiara, who died at Upper Kiungone, on 5th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. Box 95–60200, Timau in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seberino Muthimu Kiunga, who died at St. Theresa Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2004.
