TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025 By James Njaagi Gacigira, of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesca Munari Murithi, who died at District Hospital, Chuka in Kenya, on 5th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2025 By Erastus R. Karugu, of P.O. Box 3, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwirichia Mugwetwa, who died at Kanyakini Sub-location, on 13th December, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
