TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By (1) Lucy Njoki Daniel Muruga and (2) Francis Mwangi Muchiri, the executrix and executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Daniel Munugu Murunga alias Daniel Muruga Munugu, who died at Thunguri Sub- location, on 3rd September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
