TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025 By (1) Faith Wanjiru Muchina and (2) Tonnie Muchina Mbabu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mbabu Kiraithe alias Benson Kiraithe, who died at Witeithie, on 24th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2024 By (1) Annah Muthoni Muhia and (2) Bancy Muthoni Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Njoroge Mwangi, who died at Caritas Community Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
