Box 20755–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Njoki alias Tabitha Njoki Kuria, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2014. Box 348, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Karani Gitau, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2025. CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Wairimu Mbugua, (2) Francis Kimani Njuguna and (3) James Mbugua Njuguna, the deceased’s sister and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njuguna Mbugua, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
