TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Odhiambo Okello and (2) Adolph Wabwire Okello, both of P.O. Box 196, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Severio Okello Okello, who died at Lwanyange Sub-location, on 14th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2025 By Odanga Timothy Musungu, of P.O. Box 197, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musungu Sore alias Musungu Osore Muholo who died at Sikarira Sub-location on 31st October, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
