TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E417 OF 2025 By (1) Benson Mwangi Kioni and (2) Francis Ngigi Mbogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Kinyanjui Mbugua, who died at Nakuru Heart Center, on 25th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E577 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Wangui Wainaina, (2) David Kamau Wainaina and (3) Samwel Njoroge Wainaina, all of P.O. Box 702–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Wainaina Kamau, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
