TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st November, 2025 CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Lilian Sinzi Lientoror and (2) Malmalo A. Lito, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lito Jiavera Jumal, who died on 19th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
