E23 OF 2025 By Dinah Kemunto Atika, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atika Beda Andrew, who died on 28th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By Morrison Rogito Mugoya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ithomayo Mugoya Ongwacho, who died on 3rd April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By Charles Omato Obonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Obonyo Orora, who died on 3rd March, 1998.
