TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By Kipkeiyo arap Koross, of P.O. Box 701–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of William Kipchumba Bwaley alias William Kipchumba arap Bwaley, late of Ndubeneti, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025 By (1) James Kipkoech Barosio and (2) Kiptanui Suluny, both of P.O. Box 30–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chilwal arap Keny, late of Kapnyeberai, who died on 15th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
