TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By (1) Salome Jeruto, (2) Kipeyego Sawe and (3) Christina Jerobon Sawe, all of P.O. Box 1125–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melkizedek Sawe Maina, late of Megun, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By (1) Rosemary Wanjeri Mwaniki and (2) Olive Njeri Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Maina Muchiri, who died at St. Luke O&T Hospital in Kenya, on 1st August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By Kingi arap Kirwa, of P.O. Box 50, Kaptagat in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngaruya Kipsoi arap Misoi, who died at Chepkongony, on 4th October, 1984. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025 By Peter Kipruto Kemei, of P.O. Box 58–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisorio Kipkemei Ronoh, who died at Ziwa Sub-location, on 16th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2025 By (1) Simeon Kimutai Bor, (2) Peter Kipngetich Tarus and (3) Daniel Kiprotich Kemei, all of P.O. Box 41, Chepterwai in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Somin Kemei Tarno, who died at Kurgung, on 6th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
