TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Martha Apolonia Naisinkoi Pasha, (2) Dennis Lemayian ole Pasha and (3) James Kasaine Pasha, all of P.O. Box 400–20500, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Pasha ole Sakayo, who died at Lemek, on 21st May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
