TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By (1) Issac Kariuki Kimani, (2) Jane Wamaitha Muiruri, (3) Florence Wambui Kimani, (4) James Muturi Kimani, (5) Esther Njeri Kimani Mwangi, (6) Susan Njambi Kamau, (7) Ruth Wanjiru Kimani, (8) Anne Njeri and (9) Alice Wanjiru Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 13808– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kimani Muritu, who died on 17th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
