REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shreeji Enterprises (K) Limited, of P.O. Box 84167– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 5082/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 19059, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
